Superfood Breakfast Recipe: Oatmeal with Banana, Chia Seeds and Bee Pollen

I wanted to share this quick, easy and healthy breakfast combo that I have been addicted to lately. It's a mouthwatering superfood combination that will keep you full for hours!

Oatmeal with Banana, Chia Seeds and Bee Pollen

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana
  • 1 Tbl chia seeds
  • 1 tsp brown sugar (optional)
  • 2 tsp bee pollen
  • Oatmeal (use as much as you like...I like Trader Joe's frozen Steelcut Oatmeal)

DIRECTIONS

Prepare oatmeal first and then top with the other ingredients.  I put the bee pollen on top first since I like the granules to break away into the warm oatmeal, followed by the sliced banana and then finally the chia seeds to add a little crunch.  So yummy!
