Dating a guy that's 1/2 Italian...it's expected that we always have tons of pasta in the house. From Angel Hair to Fettuccine, Pastina and Rotini...you'd easily mistake our pantry for the pasta aisle in the grocery store with the amount of variety we seem to be stockpiling.
Most people have their preference for pasta types (mine are Linguini Fini and Rigatoni!) but I've always wondered if there was a science to pairing pasta noodles with the most suitable sauce in order to maximize taste and texture.
