I tried something new yesterday. I purchased my first item directly from the app trendabl. It started simply as: great sweater + app I love + free shipping = where is my credit card…but then I discovered there was more. Trendbl customer service reached out to me later that day to alert me of a size mix up (shopping options online were S, M, L but actual item sizes were S/M or M/L…no biggie). They carefully walked me through my choices and even described the items actual fit to help me make an informed decision…more online retailers need to do this!!! I felt so much better about my order and even more excited to receive it. Here is the actual note:

There was a mix up with our inventory for the Tuc+Wes "Be RAD Sweater." It is available in either S/M and M/L. Sorry about that!
The sweater is meant to be cozy and slightly oversized so if you are generally a Medium I would recommend getting a S/M, as it is already slightly loose.
If you want it extra cozy, then I would recommend the M/L.
Please let us know which size you would prefer and we will have that shipped out right away.
